The key is CONSISTENCY!

You will work out for 15 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. Repeat the exercise for a total of 1 minute per exercise.

Minute 1: Burpees
Minute 2: High knew pushups / Mountain climbers
Minute 3: Jump lunges / Pushups
Minute 4: Plank
