We have a 7 (seven) days return policy, which means that you have 7 (seven) days after receiving your item/s to request a return. This time period is strict and no requests for a return after this period will be entertained.

There is a 20% administration fee on all returns.

Reason for returns is only based on defects in the fabric.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No requests for a return will be entertained should these conditions not be met.

To start the returns process, you can contact us at support@vogueliving.co.za. If your return is provisionally accepted, subject to your item/s meeting the conditions as set out above when we receive it, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Where we provisionally accept a return but it later transpires when we receive the item/s that it does not meet the conditions as set out above then we will reject the return and not (finally) accept it.

You will be responsible for the costs incurred in relation to the returning of your item/s and this will not be borne by us at all.

If we finally accept a return then a refund will be processed within a reasonable period thereafter.

Damages and issues
It is your responsibility to inspect your order upon receiving it and to immediately contact us if the item/s is/are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item/s, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will not entertain these type of queries should you fail to inform us immediately after receiving the item/s.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discount codes or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method excluding the delivery charge and administration fee. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
